WAR LOAN.

The

following public notice has been

issued :

SAORSTAT EIREANN.

Conversion of British War Loan.

NOTICE.

To all persons interested whether bene–

ficially or as Trustees or as Solicitors having

carriage of proceedings or otherwise in any

holding of British 5 per cent. War Loan

standing in the name of the Accountant of

the Courts of Justice in any cause or matter

in the High Court of Justice or in the Court

of the Chief Justice :

Take Notice that any person interested

whether beneficially or as Trustee or as

Solicitor having carriage or otherwise in any

holding of British 5 per cent. War Loan

standing in the name of the Accountant of

the Courts of Justice in any cause or matter

or to any credit in the High Court of Justice

or in any matter pending before the Chief

Justice of Saorstat Eireann and who is

entitled to and desires to have such holding

converted into British 3| per cent. War Loan

with the benefit of the Bonus and terms

offered during the month of July, may, on or

before the 25th of July instant, apply to the

Court ex parte in a summary way, for a

direction authorising acceptance of the terms

of conversion offered by the Lords Commis–

sioners of the British Treasury during the

month of July.

And Take Further Notice that in every

such case where no such application shall

have been made on or before the date above

mentioned, the Accountant will be directed

to accept the redemption in cash of the

holding in all cases except in any case in

which, on application made to the Court on or

before

the 15th of September, 1932, a

direction to the contrary shall have been

given by the Court.
