GERAGHTY, B.A., LL.B., Barrister-at-law, to

be Professor of Real Property, Equity and

Conveyancing.

Adjournment.

The Council adjourned until Thursday,

1st October, at 2.30 p.m., unless otherwise

specially summoned.

OBITUARY.

MR. HENRY C. CRONHELM, Solicitor, died

upon the 8th July, 1931, in Dublin.

Mr. Cronhelm was admitted in Hilary

Term 1870, and practised at 4 Eustace

Street, Dublin, up to 1926, when he retired.

MR. THOMAS

J. TOBIN, Solicitor, died

recently at Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.

Mr. Tobin was admitted a Solicitor in

Ireland

in Trinity Sittings

1889,

and

practised in Maryborough up to 1895. He

then went into partnership with the late

Mr. E. A. Harney and they practised in

Coolgardie, Western Australia, and latterly

Mr. Tobin practised by himself at Kalgoorlie.

MR. DAVID F. MOORE, Solicitor, died upon

the 23rd July, 1931, in Dublin.

Mr. Moore was admitted in Michaelmas

Sittings, 1881, and practised as a member of

the firm of Whitney, Moore and Keller, at

46 Kildare Street, Dublin.

MR. FRANCIS H. DOWNING, Solicitor, died

upon the 24th July, 1931, at 374 Woodstock

Road, Oxford.

Mr. Downing was admitted in Michaelmas

Sittings, 1886, and practised at Tralee up to

1930, when he retired.
