Sheriff shall continue as if the Act in question
had not been passed. The same person still
holds the said office and, therefore, the City
Under-Sheriff has no authority to execute the
Court Orders referred to by the Deputy, and
is acting quite rightly in refusing to accept
them for execution."
RE-SEALING IN NORTHERN IRELAND OF
ENGLISH PROBATE GRANTS.
Section 2 of the Northern Ireland (Miscel–
laneous Provisions) Act, 1932, a statute of the
British Parliament, provides as follows :
" Probate and letters of administration
granted by the High Court in England shall
not be
re-sealed
in
the High Court
in
Northern Ireland under section ninety-four
of the Probates and Letters of Administra–
tion Act (Ireland), 1857, as amended by or
under any enactment, unless the person to
whose estate the probate or letters of admin–
istration relate died domiciled in England."
