To perform a Pressure Grouting Program for the purpose of stabilizing and properly filling the large Sinkhole beneath the Decks

and Steps at the front of building 4025 (Approx. 35’x12’x15’ deep).

1.

Mobilize Drill and Grout Casing to Site.

2.

Drill Grout Casings through Debris Pit to a depth where firm soils are encountered at multiple Locations.

3.

Mobilize Line pump and related grouting equipment to site

4.

Inject Low Density Cellular Grout into Pit as grout casings are extracted..

5.

Estimated grout take is 650 cuft based on industry standard calculations. Additional grout, if required shall be billed at $28.50 per cubic foot beyond

650 cubic feet.

6.

Insure all voids are filled and soils are compacted.

7.

Clean up and remove all construction debris.

LIFT AND INSTALL PERMANENT FOUNDATION FOR PORCH

1.

Install temporary supports and lift front deck as close as possible to original elevation

2.

Pour new footings with rebar grid, 18”x18”

3.

Allow for concrete to remain above grade with tapered top to provide water run off

4.

Attach existing post to new footing and anchor

5.

Secure framing

6.

Clean area and remove debris
