Janine Moore is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who has worked for
Riverside University Health System - Behavioral Health since 1996. She worked
extensively with children and adolescents and their families. Ms. Moore supervised a
large outpatient children’s clinic as well as mental health services at Riverside Juvenile
Hall and a probation placement for juvenile offenders. She has worked as the Mental
Health Services Act, Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) Manager for the Department
since 2008. Her work focuses on the implementation of the county’s PEI Plan which
includes 23 Evidence-Based Practices and other activities. She dedicates time to
developing and maintaining relationships with non-traditional mental health partners and
community stakeholders in order to ensure PEI services are provided to individuals in
need.
