To improve job efficiency or effectiveness
Primary track: a salary adjustment of 12.5% after completion
Secondary track: a one-time bonus of $500 for each certification level
STANDARD or above
ratings at their annual employee performance evaluation
Occupy a position that is grade 35 and below
Do not occupy a position where the requisite certification is required for employment.
