Davis-Standard has agreed to acquire
Maillefer International Oy of Finland and
Switzerland. Pending customary regulatory
approvals, the transaction was scheduled
to close in late August or September.

Standard andMaillefer as we combine two
strong brands into a market-leading global
extrusion systems and services provider,”
announced Jim Murphy, Davis-Standard
president and CEO. “We are excited to
expand our organization with Maillefer’s

management team.”

that will create a platform for cooperative
