USB Controlled Solid State
4-SP2T Switch, 10 to 6000MHz
Mini-Circuits’ new line of solid-state
switch products continues to grow
to give you more options for your
signal routing needs in test systems
where extremely fast switching is a
requirement. Model USB-4SP2T-63H
is a USB-controlled, solid state switch
matrix containing 4 independent
SPDT absorptive RF switches
operating over frequencies from 10
to 6000MHz. It provides ultra-fast
switching speed of just 250ns, very
high isolation of 80 dB typ., high IP3
of +50dBm, and RF input power
handling up to +30dBm.
The unit comes housed in a
rugged aluminum alloy case
(8.42x2.00x0.475”) with SMA-F
connectorsat all RFports. Controlled
and powered via USB, the switch
comes supplied with Mini-Circuits’
user-friendly GUI software and
DLLs for 32- and 64-bit Windows ®
systems, as well as complete
programming instructions for
Windows and Linux® programming
environments, supporting control
through the user’s native control
software.

SPI Programmable Attenuators
with 0 – 60 dB Attenuation
Range, 10 to 13000MHz
Mini-Circuits’ RUDAT-13G-60 USB/
RS232/SPI controlled programmable
attenuator supports applications from
10 to 13000MHz with attenuation
range from 0 to 60dB in 0.5dB
steps. This combination of frequency
range and attenuation control range
supports a wide variety of applications
including fading simulators, handover
system evaluation, and automated
test equipment up to C-band and
X-band. The device provides high
linearity with input IP3 of +41dBm
and fast attenuation settling time
of just 900ns. USB control allows
easy control from any Windows ®
or Linux® computer, while RS232
and SPI control options allow serial
synchronous or a-synchronous
communication with the device.
Mini-Circuits’ user-friendly GUI
software (included) allows you to
sweep and hop attenuation levels
and even save and recall your own
test profiles with specific attenuation
patterns for R&D and production
testing. DLLs for 32- and 64-bit
systems and complete programming
instructions for Windows® and Linux®
environments are also included,
allowing the same capabilities through
your native test software.
