solicitor would be entitled to a negotiation fee in

addition to the scale fee.

Standard Form of Requisitions on Title

The Court Offices and Costs committee in its

report to the Council (on the suggestion of Mr.

Alan Donnelly, solicitor) that the Society should

publish a standard form of Requisitions on Title

in addition to the standard form of Contract and

Conditions of Sale, recommended that the Society

cause a standard form of Requisitions on Title

to be prepared.

circulated,

the

resolution

O'Donnell, seconded by Mr. R. j. Walker was

carried unanimously "Resolved that the Solicitors'

Act

1954

(Apprenticeship

Education)

(Amendment) Regulations 1968 before the meet

ing be and are hereby made and shall be signed

by the President".
