Assistant to the Secretary.

The Council considered the Report from the

Selection Board and it was resolved that Martin P.

Healy be appointed as Assistant to the Secretary.

Mr. Healy was educated at Black rock College

and University College Dublin where he took a

Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1954. At the

time of his appointment he was employed as

Senior Audit Assistant with Cooper Brothers &

Co., Chartered Accountants. Mr. Healy had

previously been Chief Accountant with Abbot

Laboratories (Eire) Ltd., and had been Secretary

to Dinan Dowdall & Co. Ltd.. Mr. Healy takes

up his post on the 1st April, 1969.
