Establish predicted uterus motion based on full and empty bladder scan
•
Define patient as Large uterine motion OR Small uterine motion
•
Large movers: 2 IMRT/VMAT plans, 1 robust back up plan
•
Small movers: 1 IMRT/VMAT plans, 1 robust back up plan
•
CBCT at every fraction – select IMRT/VMAT plan or robust back up if
uncertain target coverage (only 15%)
•
Verify on implanted markers
