All T<5 cm, pN0, grade 1 (if IDC), partial axillary dissection BCS/Mastectomy
BCS + WBI 48 Gy/24 fr + boost 10-16 Gy/5-8 fr, no PMRT
No systemic therapy
Median follow up 17.2 years (range 0.5-24.6 yr)
