Why the difference btw RAPID and IRMA?
IRMA early analysis 983 pts, median FU 5 yr = 490 pts with 5 yr data
RAPID interim analysis, 1108 pts with 3 yr morbidity (exploratory
analysis)

How partial were the partial dose plans?
Are breasts in Canada of same size as in Italy?
In 1883 pts included in the DBCG HYPO trial (WBI, randomization 50
Gy/25 fr vs 40 Gy/15 fr, ESTRO abstract 2016), breast size was the only
independent predictor of breast induration at 3 yr.
My guess: the difference may be caused by breast size/treated volume
and dose distribution
