fine, clear, transparent brandy.
No. 25.-BLACKBERRY BRANDY.
To 20 gallons pure spirits add:-

24 quarts blackberries.
8 gallons water.
12 pounds loaf sugar.

ounce unground cloves.
1 ounce unground cinnamon.
Let it stand tyventy days, draw off, strain and
fine if necessary.
No. 26.-BLACKBERRY BRANDY.
To 20 gallons pure spirits add:-
16 quarts blackberries.
5 gallons water.
16 pounds sugar.
6 drops oil of cloves,

cut in 1 pint
6 drops oil of cinnamon,
