In keeping with the Bank’s thrust to uphold good
governance, the Bank made a substantial investment
to ensure the Board members and all heads of
department were exposed to the Chartered Directors
Programme offered by the Caribbean Governance
Training Institute (CGTI). Upon completion, the
participants received the certification of Chartered
Directors.
The CGTI’s Chartered Director programme is designed
to arm Board members with a collective understanding
of modern governance practices and processes.
The areas covered during the training were:
