PRACTISING CERTIFICATES, 1962-63

(1) Members are reminded that practising certi

ficates for the year to end jth January, 1963, must be

taken out on or after the 6th January, 1962 and not

later than 5th February, 1962, in order to take effect

as a qualification to practise from January 6th

(2) Under the provisions of the Solicitors Acts,

1954-60, the declaration to be lodged with the

Society on applying for a practising certificate shall

be completed and signed by the applicant personally

unless the Registrar, on the ground of illness or

some other sufficient cause, dispenses with personal

signature of the declaration.

Dublin agents of

country solicitors should therefore take up the

declarations in good time and forward them to

their correspondents for signature.

(3) The amount of the registration fee and

Compensation Fund contribution is as follows :—
