January, 1951.

Mr. Forde served his apprenticeship with the late

James A. Kiernan, Solicitor, Ballynamore, was ad­

mitted in Hilary Sittings, 19 15, and practised at

Boyle as Senior Partner in the firm o f Messrs. John

Forde & Co.

Waterford, was admitted in Easter Sittings, 1899,

and practised in Mullingar. He was a member of

the Council o f this Society from the year 1924 to

1926.
