a week and one to two games a
week, these players had a suc–
cessful season. The president of

Hernandez, and Jim Parker.

sion I league. Although the
team was young this past season,
the six seniors on the team were
able to provide leadership and
guidance to the other members.

dividual surfing performance.
The Surf Club also proudly re–
presented USD in six National
Scholastic Surfing Association
competitions this year. They won
sixth and fifth place in the Golden
West and Ventura competitions,
beating many state and other pri–
vate colleges.
