Statistics Portugal is the sole responsible for the data it
disseminates and has full ownership rights over the data
according to the Industrial Ownership Code – Decree
Law 36/2003 of March 5 and the Copyright Laws and
Related Rights – Law 50/2004 of August 24. Access to
data does not grant ownership rights to the user. The
use of data for other purposes implies, besides normal
citation rights, a pre-settled agreement with Statistics
Portugal.
The use of data citations property of Statistics Portugal,
with the purpose of supporting analysis or studies, with
non commercial purposes, should always be referred to
