Impact of surgery in locally
advanced oesophageal carcinomas
Population:
-112 patients with a T3 and/or N+ tumor
- Concomitant chemoradiotherapy
- 2 cycles of 5FU-CDDP then 40 Gy
- Reevaluation
-Then Surgery or continuation
of RT-CT
