Analytical Range:
The analytical range of the method is from the stated 0.05 to 250 mg/100g choline and 0.05 to 20
mg/100g carnitine.
LOQ:
An LOQ of 0.05 mg/100g was obtained for both free and total choline and carnitine. The LOQ was
calculated from the lowest working standard concentration through the default weights and
dilutions used.
