KEY OBJECTIVES
1. Provide expertise to USD 437 in selecting and
managing employee benefit plan products and
administrators.
2. Present creative and thoughtful alternatives regarding
approach to benefit plan design and management.
3. Embrace a business approach that provides aggressive
and realistic recommendations to achieve employee
wellbeing as well as cost containment.
4. Ensure that the plans being offered are structured in
the most efficient and effective manner in compliance
with all relevant federal and state laws.
5. Accept responsibility for the outcomes related to its
role; make adjustments that are in the interest of USD
437.
6. Provide a complimentary web-based enrollment system
that employees will utilize with the assistance of a
benefits representative or on their own, if they do not
desire assistance.
