Juice of 1/2 Lemon

'/2 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar

Whife of One Egg

I Jigger Gin

Dash Orange Juice

I Tablespoon Sweef Cream

Shake well for 10 minutes with cracked ice.

PICAYUNE FIZZ

I Jigger Cuban Rum

Juice of Half Lemon

White of One Egg

Dash of Grenadine

Four Teaspoons Fresh Cream

Shake well, serve in tall glass, fill with seltzer.

PINEAPPLE RUM FIZZ

1 Jigger Cuban Rum

3 Teaspoons Fresh Pineapple Juice

2 Teaspoons Powdered Sugar

Shake well with ice, serve in tall glass, fill with

seltzer.
