White of One Egg
Dash of Grenadine
Four Teaspoons Fresh Cream
Shake well, serve in tall glass, fill with seltzer.

1 Jigger Cuban Rum
3 Teaspoons Fresh Pineapple Juice
2 Teaspoons Powdered Sugar
Shake well with ice, serve in tall glass, fill with
