Pam Bryant

Ms. Bryant is a founding

Fellow and Professor in the

School of Public Policy and

Governance, University of

Toronto, where she teaches

in the graduate program and

stewards development of

student leadership initiatives. Prior to joining the

education sector, Ms. Bryant had a successful

30-year career in the Ontario Public Service,

including senior policy and delivery roles at the

Assistant Deputy and Deputy Minister levels.

She is a past Chair of Fred Victor and serves on a

Covenant House advisory panel.

Laurie Hay

Ms. Hay joins the Board as an

ex-officio member as Chair of

the Havergal College Parent

Association (HCPA). Ms.

Hay graduated from Trinity

College, University of Toronto,

with a degree in Economics

and Geography. She enjoyed a successful career

in Strategic Planning in the financial industry

working for Brendan Wood International, Canadian

Bankers Association and CIBC, where she was

Director, Small Business Banking. Since leaving

her professional career to be with her children, she

has volunteered for many organizations, holding

positions on the Board of Governors for Kingsway

College School, National Steering Committee for the

Red Cross and Tiffany Circle and the Membership

Committee for Lambton Golf and Country Club.

Ms. Hay has two daughters, one in Grade 11 at

Havergal and the other a recent HC graduate.

Sumathi Pundit

Ms. Pundit is a successful

entrepreneur and business

owner. Her most recent

business venture, Kikeri

Marketing Partners,

offers marketing, business

development and knowledge

management consulting and implementation

services to law firms and other professional services

firms. Prior to turning entrepreneur, Ms. Pundit

spent several years at leading professional services

firms such as IBM Global Services and

A.T. Kearney. She earned a masters degree in

Electrical Engineering from McMaster University

and subsequently received an MBA from the Ivey

Business School at Western University. Having

lived half her life in Canada and the other half

in India, Ms. Pundit brings a global perspective

to all business and non-business initiatives. She

is a parent of two daughters attending Havergal

College.

Tim Stinson

Mr. Stinson is a Managing

Director, Client Wealth

Management, at Gluskin Sheff

+ Associates, a member of the

firm’s Asset Mix team and a

registered Portfolio Manager.

He received a Bachelor of Arts

degree, majoring in economics, from the University

of Western Ontario. Prior to joining Gluskin Sheff

+ Associates in 2008, Mr. Stinson was the President

of Knight Bain Private Counsel, a division of

KBSH Capital Management. While at KBSH,

he was involved with the management of the

private client base and served on the Management

Committee, Senior Investment Committee and

as President of the Spirit Foundation. Mr. Stinson

is currently Treasurer of the Board and on the

Finance Committee for Loft Community Services, a

Director of The Spirit Foundation and Chair of the

Board of The Havergal College Foundation.

Brian Wynn

Mr. Wynn is a lawyer and

partner with Gardiner

Roberts LLP, serving clients

in the fields of entertainment,

insurance, intellectual

property, environmental

building and nutrition. He

is on the board of Ovarian Cancer Canada, has

served as the President of the Lifesaving Society

for Ontario and Canada, and is the Chair of the

Yale Alumni Schools Committee for Toronto. His

daughter graduated from Havergal College in 2003

and is now working in New York.
