II. Summary of Process and Procedures
The University provides a variety of confidential and non-confidential support resources,
reporting options and complaint procedures to those persons who believe they have been
subjected to Sexual Misconduct. The University will work closely with those persons to provide
referrals to on-campus or off-campus law enforcement and support resources. The University
prohibits retaliation and provides appropriate interim measures including changes to academic
and co-curricular activities, living, transportation, dining, and employment situations as well as
no contact orders. In keeping with its obligations under Title IX, the University is committed to
promptly and effectively investigating complaints, ensuring the safety of the Complainant, and
providing remedies and resources. Sanctions (Students and Student Organizations) and
Discipline (Employees) for violations of the Policy on Sexual Misconduct will be administered
after an investigation by the University and a finding that an individual or student organization is
responsible for violating the Policy on Sexual Misconduct. The Director of Title IX Compliance
