Our message center allows you to communicate securely with ASB’s Customer Banking
Center or Cash Management team. Check here for your alerts, replies to your inquiries
and ASB notifications.
To View Messages:

Click on the
Messages
tab.
1.
Messages are listed on the left side of the screen. Click the message that you
would like to read and the entire message will appear on the right.
2.
Delete or reply
to a message in the upper right corner of the message.
3.
Create a new message by clicking the
Contact Us
button, select “Customer
Service” from the Recipient drop down, create message and click
Send
.
4.
Messages automatically expire after a certain period of time has passed. A
message can be saved indefinitely by clicking this box.
