Quality Test + Warranty
Quality Testing
As a company, we are committed to producing safe products that our customers will enjoy
for many years to come. Although we are unable to reveal the exact tests we perform on
our products, we can confidently say our testing standards meet, and often exceed, industry
standards. In order to achieve this high level of testing standards, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. has
dedicated Quality Assurance teams at various stages of a products lifecycle – including product
development to the moment it leaves our hubs/vendors to be shipped to the customer.
In an effort to provide better context to our testing standards, below are a few of the things we
always test for prior to manufacturing and shipping a product.
