3 oz. French vermouth

dashes creme de cassis

seltzer

add lemon peel

Serve in highball glass and stir.

2 oz. gin

1 cube ice

peel rind of lemon in spiral form

Serve.in tall glass and stir.

3 oz. vodka

1 oz. dry vermouth

Stir or spoon with cube ice and serve as a

conventional Martini in 4 oz. glass.

3 oz. vodka

6 oz. tomato juice

2 dashes Angostura bitters

juice of half lemon
