Working out needn’t be a boring affair when you join our weekly Group Fitness classes! Our weekly Les Mills program
features popular classes like BODYBALANCE®, BODYPUMP® and BODYCOMBAT®.
BODYPUMP
®
The original barbell class
strengthens your body and
challenges your major muscle
groups by using weight room
exercises like squats, presses,
lifts and curls.
• Wednesdays : 7:30 a.m.
• Thursdays
: 10:30 a.m.
• Sundays
: 9:00 a.m.
BODYBALANCE
®
This low-intensity workout combines Yoga, Tai Chi, and
Pilates moves. Join this class if you want to build flexibility
and strength while leaving your mind calm and relaxed.
• Thursdays
: 9:30 a.m.
BODYCOMBAT
®
This martial arts inspired workout incorporates strikes,
punches and kicks and encompasses moves from Karate,
Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.
• Mondays
: 9:30 a.m.
• Saturdays
: 10:30 a.m.
