engineering design services for a 42,000 SF office building conversion to a
campus center for Intuit.
Amenities include: 15,000 SF cafeteria, 12,000 SF fitness center, 13,000 SF
conference center, and 3,000 SF “innovation gallery.” Exterior improvements
include a sports court and amphitheater.
