six-month period have been drawn up pursuant to the applicable accounting standards,
and give a true picture of the assets, the financial position, and the profits of the Company
and of all of the businesses included in the consolidation, and that the six-month activity
report attached hereto presents a true picture of the significant events which took place
during the first six months of the fiscal year, their impact upon the financial statements, the
