Registration and Accommodation
Registration Form
The online registration form for IIW 2015, Helsinki is available at the event website
Payment Registration and tour fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard) or against invoice
(invoicing fee EUR 14 will be added to the fees). Any bank charges which may be incurred will be the
responsibility of the attendee.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the IIW 2015 Congress Secretariat, Confedent International Ltd.

An administration fee of EUR 50 will be applied to any cancellations made by 31 May, 2015. No refunds will
be made for cancellations made after 1 June, 2015.

Registered attendees should collect their registration package at the IIW 2015 registration desk located in
Crowne Plaza hotel.
Additional Fees
Payments for technical and sightseeing tours for attendees and accompanying persons must be made
at the same time as the registration fee payment. As the number of participants per tour is limited, early
registration is recommended.
Registration Information Accommodation
The organisers have booked room quotas for participants in the following hotels, where special rates can be guaranteed for
bookings made prior to 30 April. Participants are also free to make their own accommodation arrangements but availability or
prices cannot be guaranteed.
Crowne Plaza Helsinki

The Crowne Plaza is the official venue of IIW 2015 and located by the
beautiful park of Töölö Bay, within a short walking distance from the
City Centre with good connections to the Helsinki Airport. It offers every
guest newly renovated rooms that provide a brilliantly executed interior
design that is both comfortable and practical with a touch of Finnish as
well as Oriental feeling. Free Wi-Fi is available for hotel guests.

Scandic Park hotel is located next to the Crowne Plaza and several of
the Annual Assembly and International Conference sessions take place
there. The hotel has an ideal city location just opposite the beautiful
Töölö Bay, and only a 10 minute walk from Helsinki’s city centre. The
hotel has undergone an interior transformation, uncovering a hidden
urban park for guests to discover and enjoy. The rooms’ peaceful and
relaxing atmosphere makes it easy to rest and prepare for a new day.
