While this proposal is not a binding agreement, your space and associated rates as outlined below are available for you until March 31, 2017 at which time
the link to this proposal will expire. Should we have another serious request for the space before then, you will be given notice to exercise your option to
book on a definite basis. If you are unable to commit within 48 hours after this notice, space being held will be released.
