The CMW system is destined to a group

of wires heated by means of a single

inductor fed by only one frequency

converter. The numerous advantages

of these new systems make them

preferable to the traditional ones in terms

of e ciency, consumption, quality and

compactness.

Some

application

examples

may

be the annealing, stress relieving,

brass-di usion, pre-heating and, in

any case, integrated in other industrial

processes requested by the customer.

The main types of ATE induction heating

Atomat

Atomat has made an important strategic

move into the Turkish market, forming

Atomat Endüstryel Hizmetler San Ve Tic

Ltd Şti in a joint venture with Kayseri,

Turkey-based Mekosan Ltd Şti.

The new company will produce and

maintain rolls for the steel wire industry.

Atomat Turkey is equipped with the

state-of-the-art

machinery,

required

for the production of a broad range of

rolls for wire rolling. Atomat SpA – Italy

is the exclusive supplier of all tungsten

carbide blanks that are wholly produced

by Multicarb Srl, an Italian subsidiary of

the group, through virgin powders and

with the most sophisticated and well

controlled sintering process.

The purpose of this investment is to

supply the Turkish market with products

that o er the same quality of the rolls

produced in Italy, but with the advantage

of a fast and exible delivery from a

dedicated local production unit. The

company will also be able to o er a

speedy regrinding service for used rolls.

With this new subsidiary, the group

includes seven companies with 11

factories in ve di erent countries.

Aumann GmbH

Aumann will present its complete line of

horizontal wire enamelling systems for

the range 0.015 to 1.2mm Ø wires. The

complete Aumann systems comprise the

inline drawing unit, annealer, enamel

applicator, baking oven with cooling

system, inline control devices, double

spooler for bi-tapered coils and controls

with modern visualisations.

Aumann machines feature German

technology, high enamelling quality

at high output and e ciency, simple

operation, low energy requirement and

short commissioning times, as a result

of full function tests with customer

materials during pre-acceptance at the

Aumann factory prior to shipment.

Aumann o ers are all-inclusive, including

commissioning, and without any hidden

Baremo GmbH

Based on many years’ experience of

assembling and revising cord and

rope machines and auxiliary systems,

Baremo is able to execute all kinds of

machine revision and assembly works.

In connection with machine revision

activities the company has built up a

mechanical engineering department, an

electrical department and a mechanical

production facility.

Baremo’s

main

activities

include

disassembling works of whole machinery,

modi cations, machine rebuilds and

complete commissioning. The machine

revision division provides machines,

tters or electricians for entire assemblies

and modi cations.

The company also develops new

machines and parts. One of its latest

projects is a rewinding machine S850 and

a cage stranding machine 78x700, which

involved developing, manufacturing and

assembling a complete new machine

which produces cables up to a diameter

of 110mm.

Baremo has also produced over 12

rewinding machines, the rst of which is

still running smoothly after 15 years.

Supported by CAD the company

develops and draws special machines

and system components, with the service

including 3D-simulations, and generating

layouts, schemes and technical drawings.
