Parameter derivation

Parameters are fitted to outcome data and DVHs (fractionation corrected)

using the

maximum likelihood

method: finds parameters which makes

current observation as likely as possible

Outcome data generally binary (tox, no tox)

Model is associated with the characteristics of the registered outcome data:

– Endpoint, including grade
