Mini-Circuits’ SCBD-16-562HP+
surface-mount, bi-directional coupler
provides high power handling up to
75W. It achieves 0.4dB mainline loss,
good directivity (18 to 21dB), 18dB
input/output/coupling return loss, and
DC current passing up to 2A. The unit is
designed into an open printed laminate
measuring only 0.70x0.32x0.20”,
making it ideal for sampling high power
signals in systems with tight space
constraints from high power amplifier
outputs to base station transmit paths
and more.

Wideband Precision Fixed
Attenuator Die, DC to 26.5GHz
Mini-Circuits’ YAT-20-D+ is a fixed
value, absorptive MMIC attenuator
die providing 20dB attenuation with
±0.5dB attenuation flatness from DC
to 26.5GHz. A simple modification to
the ground plane enables excellent
performance all the way up to 40GHz,
supporting requirements applications
in the millimeter wave region such as
5G systems (see application note AN-
70-019 on our website). This model
provides RF power handling up to
1.5W (at 25°C), and unpackaged die
form enables users to integrate the
attenuator directly into hybrids where
small size and light weight are critical.
The die contains through-wafer
Cu metallization vias to realize low
thermal resistance and very wideband
operation. YAT attenuator dice are
available from stock with nominal
attenuation values from 0 to 10dB (in
1dB steps), and 12, 15, 20, and 30dB.

mount ceramic coaxial-resonator
based band pass filter has a passband
of 760 to 780MHz, supporting a variety
of applications including wireless
control systems, amateur radio, and
public safety services. This model
provides 1.0dB passband insertion
loss and 28dB typical stopband
rejection with good selectivity. It can
handle up to 10W RF input power and
comes housed in a miniature shielded
case (0.75x0.75x0.21”), making it
ideal for dense PCB layouts. The filter
features rugged construction, qualified
to withstand a wide range of thermal,
mechanical and environmental
conditions for outstanding reliability in
tough operating environments.

Mini-Circuits’ ADE-10H+ surface
mount frequency mixer has an LO/RF
bandwidth of 400 to 1000MHz and
an IF bandwidth from DC to 500MHz.
Operating on +17dBm LO power, this
model supports applications including
cellular, VHF/UHF receivers and
more. It provides 7.0dB conversion
loss, 39dB L-R isolation, 25dB L-I
isolation, and +30dBm IP3. The
mixer comes housed in a miniature,
six-lead surface mount package
(0.27x0.31x0.22”) making it an ideal
candidate for dense PCB layouts.
