in a bit of cheesecloth. Put along with the wine into a covered pot,

up pour into a mug or silver julep glass, and with another in the oppo–
site hand pour briskly from one to the other for a final mix. Add

thin slice of green lime or lemon, dust with a little cinnamon and
that's it. A most unusual blend of flavours; all delicate, and affording
total distinctly low in alcoholic strength. A beautiful drink for any
invalid or convalescent wearied of usual routine liquids.
