Magnetic Door Lock

This delayed egress magnetic door lock can be used on perimeter exit doors and internal fire doors to block unauthorized exit and entry while

providing a safe means of escape during a fire or other emergency. When someone attempts to exit through a protected door, an alarm will sound

to alert staff before the door unlocks. The “nuisance cycle” requires constant pressure on the door between 0-3 seconds to activate the “egress cycle.”

Once the “egress cycle” is activated, the door remains locked for 15-30 seconds, giving staff time to respond to

the unauthorized exit or, if during a fire or other emergency, unlocks to allow life saving egress.

Electromagnetic Door Holders

Ruggedly constructed and attractively designed two-part assembly with brushed zinc housing. Perfect for

use with stairwell doors, room doors, exit doors or wherever instant closing of a door is necessary for safety

or convenience. Can be configured to close any number of doors at the same time (additional hardware

is required). Can be operated in conjunction with automatic fire alarm or sprinkler system, or with manual

control. Wall units are available in flush or surface mounted versions. Swivel contact plate adjusts to any door

angle using a nylon shock absorbing swivel ball.
