ADAPTIVE DYNAMICS
Standard on the 3.0 litre V6 380PS and 5.0 litre V8 engines,
Adaptive Dynamics delivers both composed dynamics and a
compliant ride. The system assesses body motion and pitch rates
100 times per second. The steering wheel position is also measured
500 times a second enabling the system to predict F-TYPE's
movements. The stiffness of each damper is then adjusted to
maintain body control and agility.
SUSPENSION
Considered by Jaguar as the best configuration for a suspension
system, F-TYPE's forged aluminium double wishbone design offers
precise handling and control.
