CORRECTION
MR. D. D. MAcDoNAi<D has drawn attention to
the fact that in the June issue of the
Gazette
he is
reported as having referred at the half-yearly
General Meeting to the necessity of making an
application for a case stated in the Circuit Court
before delivery of Judgment. The reference to the
Circuit Court in this paragraph should read as the
High Court on appeal from the Circuit Court.
