With nearly 70 years of expertise in
the eld of reconditioning die working
equipment, Eder-Austria is sustaining
and developing its position across the
globe and is presenting its various
technologically leading equipment.
Some examples of Eder machines, and a
video wall at the exhibition, include:
• ETC-1/HF : tungsten carbide die
grinding and polishing equipment
with a very large work range of
between 0.1 and 20mm diameter
• Particularly for refurbishing of the
continuously growing quantity
of PCD dies in use, an ultrasonic
machine, model USP-Twin, with two
workstations has been developed, and
can work all die sizes in a large range
between 0.05 and 8mm diameter. It
can be operated by one person and
doubles output
• ETC-2 LS: for sizing and polishing
tungsten carbide dies in the larger
bore size range, from 1 to 40mm
diameter.

Enkotec continues to make headlines
with its high-performance machinery for
nail production, and will display most
of its product programme at this year’s
exhibition. On display will be:
Enkoserv for best performance: Enkotec has
reserved an area in its booth where sta
can show customers how it can o er help
with improving production e ciency on
existing machines.
Enkoline, 2,500 npm, wire: Enkotec and
Baussmann Collated Fasteners will
jointly exhibit a high-speed in-line nail
manufacturing line including an Enkollator
wire coil collator, an Enkonail+ machine
and an Enkoroll thread-rolling machine.
Enkoline, 1,500 npm, plastic: A second
machine line, again jointly exhibited,
features a new, e cient plastic stick
collator paired with a high-speed
Enkonail+ machine.
Enkollator paper stick: This collator has
been designed for making collated sticks
of nails with many new features for reliable
and cost-e cient production.
Enkofeed and Enkoveyor: The three
machine set-ups will all include the new
high-speed nail feeder, which comes in
a clockwise or anti-clockwise version,
as well as the new magnetic Enkoveyor
for the transportation of nails, available
in di erent sizes and with di erent size
hoppers.
Enkonail with Enkopack: Enkonail is
intended for small and mid-size capacity
needs, and will be running together
with the movable Enkopack nail-counter
packaging machine.

Erocarb has been known for the last 30
years for all types of crossheads. The
company sells spare parts for crossheads it
delivered more than 20 years ago.
The Swiss company can deliver a full
product range, from standard crossheads
to tailor-made solutions involving
engineering development; from the
simple cartridge units for PVC up to lling
and jacketing units, including equipment
for CV lines and various crossheads for
uoropolymer cables and tubes.
Its factory, with multiple NC machines,
allows full traceability during production
of the delivered units. Almost every order
from 2015 de nes a new con guration of
layers, polymers and temperatures. The
crosshead pictured is for a CV line with
one to three layers for products up to
40mm OD.
