again take place at the China Import
and Export Fair Complex, from 6th to 8 th
June 2016.
In the previous edition, the fair
welcomed 283 exhibitors and 18,867
visitors from 25 countries and regions
including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand,
India, Italy, Russia, Turkey and the Middle
East.

bolster growth in
domestic wire and
cable industry
SpecialIty compounder AlphaGary,
which became part of Mexichem in 2011,
has changed its name to Mexichem
Specialty Compounds.
AlphaGary, which has over 30 years’
experience in speciality compounding,
has three production facilities, one
in the United Kingdom and two in
the USA, servicing a global customer
base in Europe; North, Central and
South America; Asia; and Africa, and
rapidly expanding into new markets
due to synergies with other Mexichem
companies.
AlphaGary provides technical expertise
for developing compounds in the
wire and cable market. The company’s
product portfolio includes low-smoke
halogen free (LSHF), low-smoke plenum,
flame retardant PVC, and a broad range
of TPE, TPV, TPO, TPU, CPE and PVC
compounds.
“As part of Mexichem, AlphaGary has
broadened our ability to serve our global
customers,” explained Daniel DeLisle,

The company’s product and brand names
– including Megolon® LSHF compounds,
Smokeguard® low-smoke flame-retardant
