may be withheld from the final paycheck to compensate the Firm for a violation of this
paragraph.
Notice of Resignation:
Employees are requested to give their supervisor written notice
of their resignation as far in advance as possible but no less than two weeks before their
intended resignation date.
Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation:
The use of alcohol or illegal drugs during working hours
or on the premises of the Firm will not be tolerated and could subject the employee to
immediate dismissal. Where an employee has a drug or alcohol related problem, it is
the desire of the Firm to give moral support in order to aid the employee in resolving the
situation. Accordingly, accrued paid leave and vacation time as well as leave without
pay may be given to employees aggressively pursuing an alcohol or drug rehabilitation
program. This additional moral support for a valid rehabilitation program does not apply
where the employee is absent or late for work or is intoxicated or under the influence while
on business of the Firm.
This Manual does not constitute a contract of employment. No employee is promised a
specific period, length, or terms of employment. All employment with the Firm is at will.
This Manual may be updated, amended, deleted, or modified at any time within the
discretion of management.
I hereby acknowledge that I have received and understand it is my responsibility
