• SWOG S0816: stage III/IV patients

• PET scan after two cycles of ABVD; PET –ve no RT complete

ABVD.

• 2-year PFS in PET2 neg = 76%

• GITIL/FIL HD0607: stage IIB, III, IV patients have same

approach but PET2 negative patients randomized to

+/-RT

• 1-year PFS in PET2 neg = 97.3%
