Seit Elettronica, Italy, is a world leader in the
production of medium and high frequency
induction heating equipment with variable
powers from 1.5 to 50kW. Designed for
induction welding, soldering, melting,
marking and the laser cutting applications,
the company’s machines are based on
Mosfet and IGBT technology.
Built using Mosfet technology, the Minimax
systems are available in 1.5 and 3.0kW
power supplies (450-700KHz), and are ideal
for bench-top or automated atmospheres.
This system is equipped with a compact
heating head (transformer) connected by
an RF cable to an RF generator.
The heating head is easily mounted to
pneumatic cylinders, slides or even robots.
The induction generator can be equipped
with up to two alternating solder heads,
while RS232 serial ports for PC/PLC control
are available as an option.
The Junior induction generators are
also built using Mosfet technology and
are available in 3.5 and 6.0kW power
supplies, which work in the range of
700-1,100KHz.
These systems can be configured with
one to four alternating heads, and can
be fitted with RS232 communication
ports. These generators are the ideal
solution for high temperature brazing,
annealing, hardening or tempering.
