New Year's Day.
ROMAN PUNCH
Kse targe bar glass
1 tablespoonful of sugar
1 tablespoonful of raspbeny syrup
1 teaspoonful of curacao
1 wineglass of Jamaica rum
Yi wineglass of brandy
Juice of half a lemon
Fill with shaved ice; shake well; dash with port wine;
ornament with fruits in season. Imbibe.
SAUTERNE PUNCH
Same as Claret Punch, using Sauterne instead of claret.
SHERRY PUNCH
1 wineglasses of sherry
1 tablespoonful of sugar
2 or 3 slices of orange
2 slices of lemon
Fill tumbler with shaved ice, shake well, and ornament
with berries in season.
