Shake thoroughly and strain into a
fizz glass and fill with Apollinaris. Serve
immediately and drink at once.
WHISKEY FIZZ.
(Use a medium bar glass.)
Place in glass half teaspoonful of fine
sugar.
Add Juice of one lemon.
Dash of the white of an egg.
One and a half wine-glasses Red
Top Rye.
Three-quarters of a glassful of
shaved ice.
Shake well and strain into fizz glass.
Fill with Apollinaris or Vichy. Serve
immediately and drink at once.
