Tiffany and the entire Fitness & Spa Staff are looking forward to welcoming you back to your Fitness & Spa
Center. Many new services and new equipment have been evaluated and included in this season’s program.
One of the newly added services are
Virtual Classes
with
“
Fitness on Demand”
. These are fun and
motivating fitness group and spin classes-whenever you want at the touch of a button. Try it on your own or
with friends!
“Get out&Get fit”
is themottoof your newoutdoor fitnessprogram. Outdoor fitness combines cardiovascular,
strength training, flexibility and core training. Best of all, it’s outdoors! The first Outdoor BodyFit Circuit Class
will be held on
Friday, October 23
rd
at 9:00 a.m.
The Outdoor BodyFit Circuit Class is a 40 minute circuit workout
and includes cardio as well as lower and upper body strengthening.
New Equipment Orientation
Enjoy a review on proper usage and how to maximize all the amazing features on the new and fun equipment
installations. Each session is complimentary and 50 minutes in length.
Have your
Body Composition
evaluated. Using the InBody Composition Machine and learn about your body
and how this will help you get themost out of your workout andwellness routine. Each session is complimentary
and a 15 minute appointment.
At your
introduction to Spin Cycles Bikes
you will receive a lesson on how to set yourself up on a spin bike,
ride the bike, understand the information console and gain the confidence to participate in a spin class. This is
a complimentary 30 minute group session.
