Fast Foods, Snacks,

t’s hard enough to eat all five food groups and have a balanced diet during meals at

home. Eating out, especially when you’re eating fast food, and eating snacks is even

harder!

Luckily, there are lots of ways to get your five food groups in even when you’re eating

less-than-healthy fast food and snacks.

FAST-FOOD UPGRADES

Fast food is a big part of many people’s lives. At least one out of four young people eat fast

food every single day.

Yet fast food is some of the least healthy food out there. Fast food has tons of calories
