Rickey.

Use medium

Juice of one lime.

One wi11e-glass gin.

Fill

with club soda or seltzer, and serve with

spoon.

Whiskey Rickey.

Same as Gin Rickey, but substitute whiskey for

gin.

Elk's

Fizz.

Use large

One-half lemon.

One d essert spoonful sugar.

One jigger rye whiskey.

One-half jigger port wine.

White of one egg.

Shake well, strain in small fizz g lass ; fill with

fizz same as Swiss Ess, and serve with sliced pineapple.
